Hilton Ocean Beach Club Resort, Virginia Beach, Va - 1Br Site Ocean View, Virginia Beach

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were elegant and clean, but disappointingly small, and the noise level was quite high. The service provided was outstanding, with the staff being friendly and courteous, although there were attempts to persuade guests to attend sales pitch tours. The location was convenient, close to dining options and shopping areas, although it was at the far end of the boardwalk. The dining offerings were unappealing, but the presence of free coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice touch.

When I arrived, the room wasn't ready, and there was a balcony in front of my AC unit, but overall, I really liked this resort as it had all the amenities we needed. The service was pleasant and courteous, and the staff helped us find fun activities for people our age. The location was fabulous for our beach visit and offered ocean views from every room. The dining experience provided free coffee and tea in the lobby, and I enjoyed the fish and meat dishes. The facilities were great for relaxing and enjoying my stay.

The hotel offers spacious and very nice rooms, but they can be expensive until after the stated check-in time of 4:00 pm. The service can be unhelpful and pushy at times. The location is excellent, within walking distance to many good dining options and live music venues, although it may feel like a goldfish bowl at times.
